Do not panic! It's possible that you have enabled secure sharing, where documents are shared using your Zoop Wallet number or email. This feature is designed to keep track of your shared documents.


You can disable this feature by following these steps:


Navigate to Menu > Preferences > Disable the option for securing sharing via Zoop.


Once disabled, the documents you share will be received via your phone number or email only.
