1. Internet Connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection, as receiving the OTP (which is mandatory for login) requires an active internet connection.


2. Restart the App: Close the Zoop Wallet app and try to log in again.

1. Error Message: Take a screenshot of the error message.


2. Contact Support: Send the screenshot to hi@zoop.one to create a support ticket, or talk to our live agent via the app by navigating to Help > Talk to Agent.
