1. Check for Corruption: Ensure that the PDFs you are trying to merge are not corrupted, as corrupted PDFs cannot be merged in Zoop Wallet.

2. Unlock Password-Protected Files: If any of the files are password-protected, unlock them first before attempting to merge.

(Note: There may be instances where the merged document ends up in the 'OTHERS' category. We recommend checking the 'OTHERS' category to locate your document.)
