Here are the detailed steps on how you can apply filters to your captured scans:
1. Scan the image.
(If you are using Single mode, you will be redirected to the Preview screen after every scan. If you are using Batch mode, you can open the Preview screen after finishing scanning all pages or during the scanning process.)
2. On the preview screen, you will find an option to apply 'Filters.' Tap on this option.
3. You will see several filters to choose from. Tap on the filter you wish to apply. Available filters include:
Original Color
Auto Color
Grayscale
Whiteboard
Sharpen
Black & White (B & W)
If you have captured multiple scans/pages, you can apply filters to all the scanned pages at once by enabling the toggle button for 'Apply to All pages.' (The filter applied to the previewed page will be applied to all pages.)
4. Once the filters are applied, proceed with 'Save.' You can add tags as required. Finally, save the document as a PDF.
The scanned document will be saved into its respective category with the applied filters.
